Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sellaris ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@sellaris.io of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your data

You own the data you put into Sellaris. You grant us the rights necessary to store, process, and display it so we can operate the Service for you.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. For App Store purchases, billing is handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing (web) or via your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS). On cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
