This Privacy Policy explains how Sellaris ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use sellaris.io and the Sellaris apps (the "Service").
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, and password when you sign up.
- Customer data — contacts, deals, notes, and attachments you add to the Service.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Billing information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To send account, billing, and service-related notifications.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with trusted subprocessors (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payments) who are bound by contract to protect it, and where required by law.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account or by emailing privacy@sellaris.io. All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@sellaris.io to exercise these rights.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is controlled via role-based permissions and audit logging.
Children
Sellaris is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
