How do I contact support?

Email support@sellaris.io from any device. Include a short description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot. We reply within one business day.

How do I reset my password?

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or email support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

For subscriptions purchased via the App Store, cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings โ†’ [your name] โ†’ Subscriptions). For web subscriptions, go to Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Cancel plan.

How do I request a refund?

App Store purchases are handled by Apple โ€” request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web subscriptions, email support@sellaris.io within 14 days of the charge.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Delete account inside the app, or email privacy@sellaris.io from the address on your account. All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings โ†’ Data โ†’ Export to download a CSV of your contacts and deals. For a full export (including notes and attachments) email support@sellaris.io.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is gated by role-based permissions, and we offer SSO on business plans.
